Wire preparation & processing
Incoming wire is prepared in-house before it enters downstream production. For example, 6.5 mm raw wire can be drawn to 6.0 mm, bringing it to the required production diameter while cold-working the steel.

Our facility brings together the production of wire nails, BRC welded mesh, GI welded mesh and GI barbed wire, alongside cut-to-length processing for selected wire and steel materials.
The same site supports incoming material, production, finished-goods handling, storage and dispatch.

Wire nail production
Prepared wire enters the nail-making line, where the machine cuts and forms each nail to the required length, including its head and point.

Welded mesh production
BRC and GI welded mesh are produced with operator involvement and machine welding: one direction of wire is positioned manually while the machine controls the intersecting wire and welding cycle.

GI barbed wire production
Galvanized wire is twisted and formed into barbed wire for field, agricultural, industrial and boundary fencing applications.

Cut-to-length processing
Our processing capability includes straightening and cutting of MS wire as well as cut-to-length processing for selected steel coil and sheet material.
