Based at the Dankotuwa Industrial Estate, we manufacture wire nails, BRC and GI welded mesh, and GI barbed wire for hardware dealers, contractors and consumers across Sri Lanka. We are one of the highest producers in our product category.

Pushparaj Utharampillai moved from Bandarawela to Colombo at age 15 to begin a career in steel. Decades of persistence followed — broker, business partner, then founder — until Sonic Steel Industries was established in 2000.
